    Clinic Manager – Lodi & Wisconsin Heights
    We are seeking a Clinic Supervisor for Lodi and Wisconsin Heights clinics to:
    • Be responsible for providing overall leadership and management of one or more SPH clinics.  
    • Work collaboratively with physicians and staff to make sound decisions designed to ensure the provision of excellent patient care, customer service and clinical outcomes.
    • Work with staff to plan, develop and implement changes to existing operational and health care processes to meet current and future clinic services needs.
    • Be accountable for directing, coordinating and planning patient care and business services functions and activities, which include; assuring that a high quality of patient care and satisfaction standards are achieved, adherence to established medical practice standards and proficiency, voice operations, reception, registration, scheduling, frontline patient services and accounts receivable, and physician scheduling protocol management
    Education:
    Bachelor's degree in healthcare or business-related field preferred.
    Experience:
    • 1 year of supervisory experience required.
    • Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
    • Preferred:
      • Experience with a medical office practice.
      • Previous experience with medical informatics.
      • Experience with process improvement. 
      • Master’s Degree in health care administration or related field. 
    Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
    • Valid driver’s license

    • Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal and analytical skills. 
    • Ability to present with clarity, confidence and poise. 
    • Ability to solve a wide range of complex, multi- disciplinary problems with a minimum of supervisory guidance. 
    • Proven critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, including resolving complex problems requiring innovative solutions. 
    • Policy, procedure and precedent are created and/or approved by this position. 
    • Errors may result in serious consequences and financial loss to SPH. 
    • Skills in understanding, explaining, teaching, selecting, developing and motivating people are critical.  In-depth knowledge of clinic operations. 
    • Ability to plan and organize effectively is essential. 
    • Ability to exercise initiative, judgment, discretion, decision-making, and problem-solving is vital. 
    • Position requires person who has good leadership skills and a commitment to quality of care.
    Schedule:
    • Full time position (1.0 FTE)
    • Weekdays between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
