Sauk Prairie Community Memorial Service
Home Health United - Hospice, Sauk Prairie Memorial Hospital, and Maplewood Skilled Nursing Facility invite you and your loved oned to a service of rememberance honoring those who have died during the past year.
The non-denominational service will take place at St. John’s in Prairie du Sac on Sunday, April 21st, at 2pm. Refreshments will be served following the service.
We hope you will be able to join us for this healing celebration. We encourage you to invite family members and friends to attend as well. No RSVP is required, but for more information please call 877-356-4514.
