We invite you to participate in a benefit for The Friends of Sauk Prairie Parks and Recreation by showcasing your crafts, specialty foods, gifts and home décor. This event will be locally advertised and is being held in conjunction with a community-wide Summer Solstice Festival. We ask all participants to help promote the event through your contacts, including email, mailers, social media, etc.

Participation Fee: $45.00-10’x10’ or $35.00-8’x4’, plus Table Rental-$7.00 ea.
To guarantee your space, send completed form with full payment. Spaces will be granted on a first come-first served basis and cannot be held without payment.

Set‐up: One vendor/crafter/business represented per space. Tables and chairs available for additional fee.

Set-up Time: Saturday, June 22, 6:30 a.m. – please be ready for doors to open promptly at 9 a.m.!

Closing Time: 4:00 p.m. Please do not remove/pack up items prior to 4:00 p.m.

Anyone tearing down early will jeopardize participation in future events.

Please leave your space as you found it – clean and trash removed.

Raffle: Each participant is asked to donate one raffle item or gift certificate for a future purchase.

Raffle takes place at 3:00 p.m.
