Virtual Mental Health First Aid Course
Date: Fri Dec. 5 and Thur Dec. 11, 2025 (You must attend both dates.)
Time: 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Approximately two hours of self-paced, online pre-work required.
Mental Health First Aid is an eight-hour course that teaches you how to help someone who is developing a mental health problem or experiencing a mental health crisis.
This training helps you identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental illnesses.
This course is taught by certified instructors, Joy Kirkpatrick and Danielle Sander and follows a national curriculum and teaching standards, while emphasizing hope for recovery.
