              Fox Heritage Farms is now offering custom beef and hog butchering! We have relationships with slaughterhouses and will do whatever we can to help you get your animal scheduled for slaughter, before we process it for you.

              We are a 100% local operation and our talented team is ready to serve you.

              How it works:
              You are responsible for the cost of slaughter, separately from processing costs. We will help you coordinate.

              Beef
              Processing: $0.89 per# on the carcass hanging weight (vacuum sealed)

              Hogs
              Processing: $0.89 per# on the carcass hanging weight (vacuum sealed)
              Contact us for a cut sheet to see additional options and associated costs
              (ham, bacon, sausage, etc. - all products are processed, cooked/smoked and packaged in our State Inspected facility in Prairie du Sac)

              Don't have your own hogs? No problem - we sell our hogs for custom butchering!

              Pure Berkshire: $3.90 per#
              Crossbreed: $3.05 per#
