    Administrative Assistant/Receptionist Position

    We are in search of multiple administrative assistants with a primary responsibility of providing support services to our tax and financial advisors, and exemplary reception & customer service to existing and potential clients. Qualified candidates should be proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word & Excel) and contact management software (data entry).   Prior administrative experience preferred but not required.

    • Answer a high volume of incoming telephone calls and route calls accordingly
    • Greet customers in a warm, professional, and friendly manner
    • Provide support to multiple Advisors that includes:
      • Answering client calls
      • Scheduling appointments & coordinating schedules
      • Preparing correspondence
      • Assisting with client mailings
      • Assist with projects as needed
    • Maintain and monitor date-sensitive material for FINRA compliance
    • Use industry specific and other software to maintain and update online databases and client records (including exporting and importing spreadsheet information)
