• Office Assistant

    Kris Kohlman Property Management, LLC (KKPM, LLC) is looking to fill an Office Assistant position in a small but extremely fast paced office. The individual filling this position will work flexible hours and days between Monday - Friday, 8:45a - 4:30p. Will receive paid vacation and paid sick time and will be required to have a strong skillset in the following:

    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite utilizing Outlook emails and calendaring, Excel and Word.
    • Typing speed of at least 40 wpm
    • Handling incoming and outgoing calls utilizing a multi-line telephone system
    • Organization
    • Multi-tasking
    • Attention to detail
    • Ability to work independently and/or with others
    • Scanning and filing
    • Performing general office duties and running errands
    • Maintaining office equipment
    • Administrative tasks
    • Maintaining supply inventory
    • Maintaining office equipment as needed
    • Ability to perform showings of available rental units using company transportation
    • Processing rental applications
    • Drafting Lease documents and Lease renewals
    • One call one weekend per month
    Along with the above, the individual must have the following:
    • High school diploma or associate degree
    • Experience as an office assistant or in a related field
    • Ability to write clearly and help with word processing and spreadsheets when necessary
    • Strong communication skills
    • Valid driver’s license
    • Good driving record
    • Reliable transportation
    • Clear background check
    Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
    Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
