Office Assistant
Posted: 01/10/2021Kris Kohlman Property Management, LLC (KKPM, LLC) is looking to fill an Office Assistant position in a small but extremely fast paced office. The individual filling this position will work flexible hours and days between Monday - Friday, 8:45a - 4:30p. Will receive paid vacation and paid sick time and will be required to have a strong skillset in the following:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite utilizing Outlook emails and calendaring, Excel and Word.
- Typing speed of at least 40 wpm
- Handling incoming and outgoing calls utilizing a multi-line telephone system
- Organization
- Multi-tasking
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and/or with others
- Scanning and filing
- Performing general office duties and running errands
- Maintaining office equipment
- Administrative tasks
- Maintaining supply inventory
- Maintaining office equipment as needed
- Ability to perform showings of available rental units using company transportation
- Processing rental applications
- Drafting Lease documents and Lease renewals
- One call one weekend per month
- High school diploma or associate degree
- Experience as an office assistant or in a related field
- Ability to write clearly and help with word processing and spreadsheets when necessary
- Strong communication skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Good driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Clear background check
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
