  • Production Facilitator

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Production Facilitator to join our team. 

    Position Overview: 

    As a Production Facilitator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our production processes. You will lead a team of production managers, supervisors, and workers to ensure the highest levels of quality, efficiency, and safety in our operations.  

    Key Responsibilities: 

    • Coordinate daily production schedules, ensuring on-time delivery of products. 

    • Monitor and analyze production processes, identifying conflicts and areas for improvement while implementing solutions. 

    • Maintain a high and continuous level of customer service and client satisfaction during and after each project. 

    • Collaborate with production supervisors and workers to address production issues and implement best practices. 

    • Manage the production budget, hours, monitor expenses and optimizing timelines 

    • Maintain accurate production records, including inventory levels, production rates, and quality control data. 

    • Assist in training and onboarding new production team members. 

    • Work closely with the subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely availability of materials, supplies, and labor. 

    • Help manage equipment maintenance schedules and coordinate repairs as needed. 

    • Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and excellence within the production department. 

    Qualifications: 

    • Proven experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing or production environment. 

    • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse workforce  

    • Excellent problem-solving, decision making, communication and interpersonal skills. 

    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. 

    • Knowledge of QuickBooks, BuilderTrend, and Excel is a plus 

    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

    • Pay Range $26-$30 depending on experience with 90-day review
