POSITION SPECIFICS
Title: Community COVID Vaccine Clinic Scheduler
FTE: 0.6 FTE (24 hours/week)
Schedule: Work 4 days per week, afternoon and evening with alternating weekends.
Holiday Rotation: None
Weekend Rotation: Every other weekend
POSITION SUMMARY
The Community COVID Vaccine (CCV) Scheduler is responsible for the Community Vaccine Clinic schedules and account registration. This person will work closely with the CCV Scheduling Coordinator and Patient Services Supervisor to ensure that the proper number of appointments are scheduled based on the number of doses of the vaccine available each clinic day.
POSITION TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assists with managing the lists of community members wanting to receive the vaccine. This includes the online waitlist, phone line, priority lists, and employee lists
- Assists with managing the self scheduling system.
- Schedules patient appointments through the EHR
- Assist with verifying patient account information is accurate
- Assists with preparing the paperwork needed for each day of clinic
- Performs other duties as assigned
