Family Medicine Physician - River Valley Clinic (Full Time), Spring Green

Sauk Prairie Healthcare is seeking to partner with a family medicine physician to join a primary care team of 15 experienced physicians and advance practice clinicians.  This is an outpatient only position, providing full spectrum family medicine serving pediatric through geriatric populations.   The preferred candidate will have experience and desire to work with a diverse population in team-based care model.

Sauk Prairie Healthcare, a national leader in safety, quality, and patient experience is an independent, community-based healthcare system comprised of a 36-bed multi-specialty acute care hospital and 4 primary care clinics.

The city of Spring Green is located approximately 35 miles West of Madison.  The community is known for glorious views, creative offerings and outdoor adventure.  The area is also well known for American Players Theater which attracts visitors during the Spring, Summer and Fall Seasons. 

Requirements: MD/DO, Wisconsin medical license is required prior to start date.
