Maplewood of Sauk Prairie is seeking LPNs/RNs to join an outstanding team.

Day Shift - Full time/Part Time, 8 or 12 hour shifts, alternating weekends or every third weekend.

PM Shift- Full time/Part Time, 8 or 12 hour shifts, alternating weekends or every third weekend.

All shifts can range from 24-40 hours per week.
