Physician - Hospitalist (Per Diem)

Sauk Prairie Healthcare is seeking a per diem physician to join a hospitalist team of experienced physicians and advance practice clinicians.  This position will provide clinical care for patients admitted at our hospital and provide support to our surgical and specialty services through consultative general internal medicine practice.  The Hospitalist is also responsible for coordinating care for patients at discharge and facilitating hand-off to the primary care physician.

Requirements: MD/DO, Wisconsin medical license is required prior to start date.
