Customer Service Representative

Rural Mutual Pulsfus Insurance Agency is looking to expand our team!

We are looking for someone to assist the current agents in our office with normal daily tasks. Job duties would include, but are not limited to, handling customer questions, billing, policy changes, account reviews, creating certificates of insurance, and filing claims.
 
Must have knowledge in Excel, Word, and Outlook.  You will be trained on the business software used in the office. We would like someone who is self-motivated and willing to constantly grow their knowledge. We have a tightknit, fun, family office atmosphere and would like someone who can fit in with that type of environment.
 
Position available – Customer Service Representative
Job requirements – High School Diploma or equivalent and Licensed in Property & Casualty.     

• Preferably with 5 year experience in the insurance industry.
