Key Responsibilities: (Will train the right candidate! No experience required!)

- Sell new auto, home, umbrella, and life insurance policies to prospective clients 

- Service existing clients by managing policy changes, billing inquiries, and renewals

- Provide accurate and competitive quotes for new business opportunities

- Maintain detailed client records and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

- Build and nurture strong client relationships to promote customer loyalty and retention

 -  Establish, nurture, and manage relationships with carrier underwriters to support account placement and service. 

 Skills and Qualifications:

- Experience in personal lines insurance sales and account management is a plus, but not required

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to analyze client needs and recommend appropriate coverage options

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products

- Endres Insurance will guide candidate, but candidate must be willing to obtain Property & Casualty Insurance License in State of WI. Endres Insurance pays for pre-licensing class, 40 hours of dedicated time to take the class/study and for one exam fee for candidate that accepts position.
