Marketing & Design Specialist

Wollersheim Winery & Distillery is searching for an individual to join our marketing team in the role of Marketing & Design Specialist. This position is responsible for creating marketing materials for our Wollersheim Winery, Distillery & Bistro as well as our Cedar Creek Winery. They design and create marketing materials based on current and upcoming marketing campaigns. They will also be responsible for keeping the company websites up to date. This is a full-time position working on site. 

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or graphic design, or equivalent.

• 5 years of marketing, or graphic design experience.
• Appreciation of wine and spirits. Ability to champion our enthusiasm of the wine, spirits, and food culture.  
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• General knowledge of web design and familiarity with WordPress.
• Proficiency with design programs, including InDesign and Photoshop.
• Ability to think creatively and turn ideas into finished pieces.
• Ability to manage workload and prioritize duties effectively.
• Ability to be a team player and establish working relationships.
• Ability to communicate effectively through various channels.
• Ability to represent the company in a professional and customer friendly way.
