Providers deliver primary, chronic illness, and preventative care to the patients we serve. The clinic has access to laboratory, radiology, and specialty care services for youth, adult, and geriatric populations. Patient pharmacy needs are supported by staff in our Prescriptive Assistant Program which has access to local pharmacies. The clinic does not offer obstetrical services but has referral resources to meet the needs of this population. Clinical documentation is maintained through professional dictation services and handwritten communication as we do not have access to an electronic medical system. An active WI Medical license is required; however, the clinic does not support narcotic prescriptive authority. The clinic days are Monday and Wednesday (closed for holidays) and run from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p. m. Providers can choose coverage frequency, patient volume, and visit duration.
