2. Bob’s BBQ Emporium
A Sauk City staple, Bob’s BBQ Emporium serves up hearty smoked meats and Southern-style sides straight from their food trailer. Their menu features local favorites like pulled pork, ribs, and brisket—all slow-cooked to perfection. In addition to making the rounds at events and festivals, Bob’s hosts Wednesday Food Truck Night at their permanent location on Madison Street, offering a weekly rotation of guest food trucks alongside their own specialties.
3. Buzzed Bean Coffee Co.
This family-owned coffee company brings craft espresso drinks, teas, and creative seasonal specials to events across the Sauk Prairie area. Using locally roasted John Joseph beans, house-made syrups, and ethically sourced ingredients, Buzzed Bean Coffee Co. has built a strong following at markets, art fairs, and festivals. In addition to their mobile unit, they now have a permanent location inside Ranch & Root in downtown Prairie du Sac, making it easier than ever to grab your favorite brew.
4. Command Center Food Truck
Operated by Wyttenbach’s the Command Center Food Truck is a veteran-owned burger bar with a rotating menu of crowd-pleasers. From juicy burgers and jumbo beef dogs to grilled cheese and french fries and cheese curds, their comfort food is made fresh and packed with flavor. This stylish drink truck is perfect for weddings, backyard parties, and community events, serving a wide range of cocktails, mocktails, and drink specials. Known for its fun atmosphere and professional service, Dax brings the full bar experience wherever it goes—without the hassle.
6. Kona Ice of Monona
A favorite among kids and adults alike, Kona Ice of Monona delivers tropical flavor and good vibes. Their bright, island-themed truck features a self-serve Flavorwave® station where you can create your own shaved ice masterpiece from a rainbow of syrups. They’re a regular at school events, fundraisers, and festivals—and offer great fundraising programs for organizations.
