2021 MadTown Yarn Shop Hop
The Madtown Yarn Shop Hop is an annual event that started in 2017 as a way to celebrate our local fiber community and support small, locally owned businesses in Madison, Wisconsin, and the surrounding area. Over the years, the Shop Hop has expanded to include different farms and mills to round out the experience.This year we have 14 wonderful locations for you to visit throughout the weekend of October 8th, 9th, and 10th.Due to the COVID-19 situation, there will be safety precautions in place at each location. Please be respectful, understanding, and patient with staff and other customers as we try to keep everyone safe.
Flaxen Fleece, formerly D Marie Knit and Fiber, is located in Sauk City on the beautiful Wisconsin river. We carry an array of yarns from top designer brands to the tried-and-true staples.
