Bordello of Horror visits Baraboo

Horror comes home to Baraboo. Rich Peterson who hosts Bordello of Horror as his character Freakshow will be bring co-host Ali (Ali Katt) Krause to Baraboo for two great events on Saturday May 15th. Bordello of Horror contains elements paying homage to horror hosts from the past presenting public domain horror and sci-fi films from days gone by. As well as some of the best and worst movies ever made the host brings comedy bits, musical guests, movie reviews and more each Saturday night from 7 - 9 pm on MAXTV 43 Baraboo. On the date of the event Freakshow and Ali Katt will be doing a meet and greet autograph signing from 4 – 5:30 PM at the Baraboo Toy Soldier Shoppe and Miniatures located at 516 Oak Street on the square. The Toy Soldier Shoppe now plays home to various national horror hosts brought to life as miniatures designed by Rob Fleck of Phoenix Toys and Comics. The Shoppe is also the exclusive outlet for the Freakshow Ringleader miniature. The party continues as the hosts move to the Old Baraboo Inn at 135 Walnut Street from 7 – 9:00 PM. Previously Freakshow and Ali Katt filmed at the inn which has been named one of the most haunted places in the nation as proprietor BC Farr led them on a tour of the former brothel and tavern. Ali being sensitive to spirits of the past had a few different experiences that were caught on film which will be previewed during a screening of Bordello of Horror for patrons to the event. In addition to the screening there will be a horror trivia contest for prizes, autograph signings, and more.
