The Wormfarm Institute will officially be rolling out the Food Chain project in Sauk County at a symposium titled Land, Food and Transformation: A De-composium. The event takes place at the Aldo Leopold Legacy Center, E13701 Levee Road Baraboo, on June 15 from 1pm - 5pm. The symposium is free and open to the public.
Food Chain works to create a vibrant market place of food, art and ideas at existing food and land-centered events by lending their Roadside Culture Stands (artist-designed and built mobile vending wagons) to seedling businesses to sell products and distribute information about their organization.
Chef K. Clark's Pickles and Preserves will be featured along with Wormfarm produce and perhaps a surprise vendor at this event.
