Dates: Scheduled for October – December 2015 (8 weeks)
Location: Baraboo, Wisconsin

 Training Overview:

The Hospitality Academy is an 8-week training that can prepare and qualify you for entry-level jobs in areas of guest services, event and catering services, restaurant and hotel services and more.

Madison College Courses:

• Introduction to Hotel & Restaurant Management (10-109-101) (3 credits)
• Principles of Sanitation (10-316-101) (1 credit)
• Workplace Writing (73-851-739) *a prerequisite to Written Communication

*This academy will include job shadowing that may be offered in the afternoon/evenings/weekends or after the training ends.
