The mission of these self-reflective and interactive workshops is to help participants gain greater insight into living authentic lives, with purpose, joy and heart-centered intent. Each session will cover a topic relevant to authentic living and include practical tools, strategies and open discussions. This series is co-facilitated by Certified Professional Life Coaches, Mary Ann Marx, True North Life Coaching, LLC and Cella Janisch-Hartline, Enlightened Way: New Day, LLC. Mindfulness—Living in the Moment
Monday, July 6, 2015, 6:00—8:00 p.m.
This first session will cover how to live life in the moment of now. Most human beings live 80—90% of their time in the past or the future, missing the present moment. Being mindful requires an integration of your whole being; mind, body and spirit. This interconnectedness results in being more fully alive and engaged in your life. This workshop will help you learn how to practice mindfulness and enjoy the benefits of reduced stress, improved memory, greater creativity and an overall feeling of well-being.
