New Moon Meditations: Yin & Yoga Nidra
A 90min yoga journey dedicated to the introspective & intuitive energy of the New Moon. Guiding body & mind into stillness and quiet through a meditation on breath & sound, Yin Yoga postures, and Yoga Nidra, we create the space for our intuition, imagination & inspiration to take flight. The practice will begin with a guided "humming meditation", followed by a sequence of yin yoga postures designed to awaken the energetic pathways of the subtle body. We will finish with a 30min guided Yoga Nidra & sung mantra.
