Join us for the 25th annual Sauk County Law Enforcement Memorial Golf Outing on Thursday, August 25th!

All proceeds benefit the Sauk County Law Enforcement Memorial and the Wisconsin Chapter of Concerns of Police Survivors.

• $80 per person
• fee includes 18 holes of golf with cart and meal following the tournament
• entry fee must accompany registration form and be paid prior to the event
• reservations may be made for additional guests for the meal by attaching a separate listing. Cost for meal will be $28. Please include this payment with your reservation
• Devil's head offers a room rate of $89.75/night plus tax. Rooms will be held until July 25th.
