Sauk Prairie Community Memorial Service

Home Health United - Hospice, Sauk Prairie Memorial Hospital, and Maplewood Skilled Nursing Facility invite you and your loved oned to a service of rememberance honoring those who have died during the past year.

The non-denominational service will take place at St. John’s in Prairie du Sac on Sunday, April 21^st, at 2pm. Refreshments will be served following the service.
