Take a moment to move your body with Yoga and open your mind through meditation with the intention of renewal. Explore how to create a life you love.
The day will start with a yoga session followed by 10min massages and meditations and more to help you move into the new year renewed!
Lunch is included and will be catered in by C2 Juicery.
