Concessions Lead

Open and/or close the concession stand, including setup, cleaning, and securing the facility.

Operate the Toast POS system to process all cash and card transactions accurately.

Prepare and serve food items such as pizza, hot dogs, popcorn, and additional menu items.

Provide excellent customer service by assisting patrons in a friendly and efficient manner.

Supervise and support concession workers, ensuring tasks are completed effectively.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with health and safety standards.

Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management.

Work collaboratively with customers, volunteers, and staff to create a positive and fun atmosphere.
