The Alliance has been lovingly restoring a patch of remnant (original) prairie in the DNR-owned portion of Badger since 2005. We are also helping the DNR with two new restoration projects. Volunteer at the Sauk Prairie River Arts Center! Ushers welcome guests, hand out programs, take tickets, and direct patrons to their seats. In cases of emergency, our ushers direct patrons to the nearest exit or safety area. The time commitment is typically 3 hours per event. Often seating is available for our ushers near the exits, however, standing for periods of time up to an hour or more may be required. No prior experience necessary.
