I have 10+ years of experience providing therapy for complex trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship and intimacy issues. I work with clients of all identities and have extensive experience supporting LGBTQ+ adults. I’m passionate about helping those impacted by traumatic experiences in close relationships, guiding clients to shift patterns that feel self-defeating and move toward living their healthiest, most functional life.
Clients appreciate my warmth, realness, and practical approach. Therapy with me is collaborative, thoughtful, and emotionally focused.
Outside of work, I enjoy time with my partner and two children, gardening, lifting weights, reading, cooking, eating good food, and being outdoors.
