The Sauk Prairie Riverway has everything from fast food restaurants to supper clubs and everything in between! But did you know Sauk Prairie also has food trucks who serve the Sauk Prairie community and neighboring communities? Well you are in for a treat! Here are 3 food trucks you absolutely NEED to try (you can thank me later)!
Wyttenbach’s Command Center Food Truck
The Command Center Food Truck has taken on the Sauk Prairie area with delicious meals - cash only - for the community to enjoy!Some current and past menu items include:
- Cheeseburger
- Bacon Cheeseburger
- Hamburger
- Brats
- Brew City Fries
- Grilled 4-Cheese Sandwich
- Smoked Brisket
- Frozen Malts (Vanilla, Chocolate, and Strawberry)

Like most food trucks in Wisconsin, the Command Center Food Truck provides its' meals on a seasonal basis. They are generally open May through November.

The WoW Sammiches Food Truck specializes in super sandwiches! Serving the Sauk Prairie area, here are some current and past menu items to look out for:
- The Godfather: features toasted salami, capicola, pepperoni, ham, provolone cheese, parmesan cheese, roasted red peppers, banana peppers, and tomato sauce!
- The Soprano: features Italian beef, Italian sausage, provolone cheese, and sport peppers!
- Blackened Sausage: w/ cheddar cheese, slaw, and BBQ sauce!
- Wow Salad: features bacon, shredded cheese, cucumbers, tomatoes, and scallions over spring mix, with a side of parmesan peppercorn dressing!

Bob's BBQ Emporium
Bob's BBQ Emporium is a family-owned restaurant and food truck specializing in traditional southern BBQ and southern cuisine! They are a 20-time award winner in Taste of Madison and placed within the top ten in the Bacon Dish World Food Competition 6 times! Also serving the Sauk Prairie Area, here are some of their current and past menu items:- Dinners:
